Dennis J. Barton III

Dennis J. Barton III is licensed in the States of Missouri and Illinois and in federal courts. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Indiana University School of Business in 1996 and his law degree from the Washington University School of Law in 2003.

Before becoming a lawyer, Dennis was a Human Resources representative for five years in two Fortune 500 companies, including Anheuser-Busch at its headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.  His legal career began as a class action litigator representing doctors against insurance companies in cases regarding contract disputes.  Other areas of specialty include debt collection and defense of collection agencies relating to alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

During his time as an attorney, Dennis has argued in state and federal courts around the country with amounts in controversy ranging from hundreds of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars. The diversity of his case types, clients, jurisdictions and opposing attorneys has created a legal foundation from which his clients greatly benefit.
