Dennis J. Barton III
Dennis J. Barton III is licensed in the States of Missouri and Illinois and in federal courts. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University School of Business in 1996 and his law degree from Washington University School of Law in 2003.
Before starting his law career, Dennis was a Human Resources representative for five years in two Fortune 500 companies, including Anheuser-Busch at its headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Dennis began as a lawyer primarily representing plaintiffs in class action litigation representing doctors against insurance companies. He also handled other cases regarding fraud, breach of contracts, and personal injuires. Dennis later changed firms, and the majority of his cases involved representing defendants in personal injury cases. His work also included insurance policy coverage and business litigation.
During his time as an attorney, Dennis has argued in state and federal courts around the country. His cases have been both small and large, ranging from hundreds of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars. He successfully argued against some of the country’s strongest attorneys. The diversity of his case types, clients, jurisdictions, and opposing attorneys allows Dennis to confidently represent many different clients.
